The Metcalf

BSRE is redeveloping 83-85 Pall Mall in a JV with Tikehau Capital. The historic Grade II listed office property was acquired in order to redevelop the property into a best-in-class, prime asset known as “The Metcalf.”

The White Angel Camden

BSRE is developing The White Angel, Haverstock Hill, Camden a 77-unit lifestyle luxury residential development with on-site affordable housing, along with OD Group.

Grosvenor Gardens House

BSRE advised Bain Capital Credit on the acquisition of Grosvenor Gardens House, a unique island-site, office building (with implemented residential planning) located in Belgravia.

The Rex Hotel & Cinema

BSRE is redeveloping the old Rex Cinema, located in Bethnal Green and adjacent to Shoreditch, into a lifestyle hotel and cinema, maintaining its art-deco design and historical place in the cinema industry.
