Mr. Adamopoulos is a Co-Founder of BSRE and has over 20 years of experience in the UK property market.
Mr. Adamopoulos is a sector agnostic development and asset management professional specialising in the execution of value-add and opportunistic real estate strategies. He has extensive experience in the acquisition and execution, through to delivery and exit, of complex development projects in London and nationwide.
Mr. Adamopoulos started his career with Schal International Management and then proceeded with GVA Grimley where he trained as Chartered Surveyor.
In 2008, he joined Camden Market Holdings as Development Director with a remit to expand a substantial property portfolio in Zone 2 of London. He further added value to the portfolio by delivering complex mixed-use developments and asset management initiatives. During his tenure, the portfolio increased in value to £400m.
In 2011, he joined Augur Investments – a newly founded business backed by Laing O’Rourke (Europe’s largest privately held construction company) – as Development Director, with the aim to source and manage all development activity for the business. During that period, the business acquired, developed, operated, and sold assets across most property sectors, namely residential, office, industrial, retail, and leisure.
